I agree entirely... But that design choice makes for an utterly seamless 
transition from one program to the next which in turn benefits the user 
experience. And ultimately that is what MS is selling.

I would differentiate between set-up and administration. As mentioned in a 
previous thread, getting a couple of windows boxes going is really easy - 
perhaps too easy: it makes everyone feel like an expert. The real pig is 
getting them to work the way *you* want, rather than the way *MS* wants.
