Huh ? Seems like a strange question... if you have always-on
broadband and a static IP address then what's to stop you doing
this on any ISP ?
Unless silliness with ISPs blocking various ports was more
widespread than I'm aware, not having a static IP address would
seem to be the major barrier.
[BTW yes I use Jabber]
