[edlug] OpenOffice in Gaelic

I have just received this from the OpenOffice marketing list <snip>

Hello everybody,

This is just a quick note to introduce myself and my team. We are
starting a Scottish Gaelic localisation of OpenOffice.org. My name is
Evan Brown and I work for a company called Cànan Ltd (www.canan.co.uk
<http://www.canan.co.uk>), based on the Isle of Skye, off the North
West
coast of Scotland. The project is being funded by the Scottish
Executive (www.scotland.gov.uk <http://www.scotland.gov.uk>) through
Learning and Teaching Scotland (www.ltscotland.org.uk
<http://www.ltscotland.org.uk>). The project is due to be completed in
November 2004.

I would like to register myself and my team as localisers for Scottish
Gaelic on the OpenOffice site. We will be around in the community a
lot
over the next period of time, so anyone who might be able to provide
assistance of any sort would be most welcome to contact me.

With best wishes

Evan Brown
