RE: [edlug] Distance Learning.
A useful discussion for the Tuesday night EdLug LPI study group as well.
There are some third party LPI Authorised Training Materials (LATM).
http://www.lpi.org/en/latm.html
Some distance learning materials/centres are listed here;
http://www.lpi.org/en/preparation.html
http://www.lpiforums.org is also reccomended.
At Net Resources, we hope to run some commercial LPIC 1 training in the summer, followed by another exam lab at a forthcoming large Edinburgh Linux event (tbc). I'll keep you posted.
Regards,
P

Sorry to get all serious, but perhaps this is something we should be doing
more of as a LUG. Peer-led cooperative learning, done face to face can be as
formal or informal as we like. Maybe we could chat about this at tonight's
meeting.
