Hi folks,
As ever, I've had some excellent responses to some of my questions, so 
back I come in the hope that the cup o'errunneth.

I'm trying to get my head around some concepts that have eluded me - 
notably the mechanics of SSL, SSH and encrypting connections.

First off, does anyone know of any good online primers for these 
subjects? My main questions are about guaranteeing encrypted traffic 
between machines, the setting up of SSL and the whole key thang.

My main query is running ssh scripts that don't require me to log in 
every time - eg cron jobs. But perhaps I should get myself more familiar 
with the basic concepts.

Any pointers?
