Having spent... far too much time.. educating our users about the fact 
that they *didn't* send a virus to their buddy, because if they *had*, 
there would be a copy in their sent mail, n'est ce pas?, I can say that 
you have nothing to fear. Have a look at nai.com for the descriptions of 
any of the WinVir over the last few months, and you will see that almost 
all of the WinVir spoof the sender's address.

And, as John McAulay said, it proves Windows is really only useful as a 
games platform ;-)
