Netsky doesn't affect Linux systems (hence, W32), so you're okay. I've had a few such messages turn up in my account on a Windows box (also firewalled, and with the latest Norton AV updates which protect against Netsky variants). Also, none of the emails were from addresses that are on my system, or I would have raised an eyebrow. Spent an hour de-lousing my flatmate's PC though. He hadn't updated his AV definitions since Nov...
