[edlug] partition preservation kickstart- progress

Hello,

I know how how to do this crudely now by specing dev names. Problem was 
leaving swap in the partition section.

Next problem, /scratch (the partition i'm trying to preserve) is not on a 
consistent device name.

Anyone know how to find the dev name?

I was thinking of mounting partitions in turn and looking for a flagfile
in the root of the partition eg "keepthispartition" as part of %pre 
section.

Any better suggestions?
