Anyone know how I can set an ingress filter for a range of destination
ports so that the total bandwidth over that range is less than a certain
amount?

Also anyone know why a hieracial token bucket filter works better than pfifo with token bucket filters attached. Surely the latter should work better as a load of bulk priority traffic can still swamp interactive traffic with htb, but shouldn't be able to do that if you classify the traffic /before/ queuing it.
