[edlug] A wee experiment

I have set up some pages on the wiki containing skeleton tables for 
noting people's results with various bits of hardware, at

http://roguebean.freezope.org/EdlugWiki/ExperiencesWithHardware

Tables are fairly easy to use in a wiki, with a much easier format than 
in HTML.

Also the beginnings of a links page at

http://roguebean.freezope.org/EdlugWiki/Links

It's early days yet, but subjectively I think the wiki is more 
responsive on the new server - there were certainly some problems on the 
old one.
