sorry, i didn't mean your relative doesn't think, i just meant that if people believe what they are reading when it is so wildly skewed then they mustn't be thinking too much. if someone decides to run their business with microsoft's buggy proprietary stuff purely because a website told them to, that's unthinking, but if they are doing so for reasons of legacy, training, money, satisfying the higher-ups and so on, i can totally see how an intelligent thinking person could still be admining some of microsoft's attempts at systems.
No offence intended, truly.
