Don't know about Belkin but user "admin" password "admin"
(or no password at all) seems to be common to the few bits
of kit I've seen.
However, the default settings have also always been to only
allow admin logins from the wired LAN side, not over WiFi
or ADSL!
(Still, maybe you could somehow bounce/relay packets off
one of their LAN machines ?)
